Enquiries

Contact us before 3pm and you’ll be responded to on the same working day. After 3pm? We’ll get in touch the very next day at the latest.

Telephone Support

We don’t keep you waiting. Your call will be answered within five rings and you’ll be speaking to the relevant staff member in no time. Should that staff member be unavailable we guarantee a response within one working day.

Complaint Resolution

It rarely happens, but if things don’t go to plan, we’re quick to own up to our mistakes. We’ll see to it that all problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.

We’ll also keep you informed every step of the way and you’ll know exactly how we solved the problem.

Damaged / Broken Goods

We’ve built our reputation through delivering quality goods in perfect condition. However, occasionally damages occur. Delivery not up to scratch? Simply notify us within 4 working days and we’ll arrange for the goods to be collected or replaced, subject to the circumstances.
