In 2003 an independent survey was conducted amongst 200 of our customers, chosen at random by 'Salt Marketing', the consultancy company commissioned to do the work.

In November 2003, as part of House of Sarunds’ ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality customer service, we commissioned research by an independent Market Research company to evaluate retailers’ perceptions of the service they receive from us.

The results were overwhelmingly positive:

94% of retailers who deal with House of Sarunds directly described the support they receive from our office staff as good/excellent

83% of retailers described the overall service provided by House of Sarunds as good/excellent

87% described the quality of our packing and the speed of our delivery service as good/excellent

Retailers most appreciated House of Sarunds’:

• Excellent service
• Wide product range
• Speed of delivery

The majority of retailers said there was nothing that House of Sarunds could do to improve its service!
