As a client of House of Sarunds, you'll be assigned a dedicated representative who will make sure you're getting everything you need from us. They'll visit you regularly, get to know the individual needs of your business and discuss new products or seasonal ranges to ensure you're getting the best of what we offer.

Should you wish to, you can place orders through your representative and also let them help you with any queries you may have.

 

Training and Support

Our experienced team provides you with continuous support. 

We've helped to set up many loose chocolate shops and offer training in the presentation and packing of confectionery. We'll give you a list with everything you need to start a great business and can even advise on the right air conditioning and refrigeration products. 

We'll teach you everything you need to know to be a success in this industry, from producing couverture and pralines, to helping you to tell the difference between low and high quality chocolates.

We'll even visit you at your new premises to assist you where we can and help out before opening.
