Placing an Order
We're happy to take your orders directly. Simply contact us in the following ways:

Order before 3pm and we'll process your order that same day. After 3pm? We guarantee it will be completed the next working day at the latest.
Stock emergency? We'll do everything we can to help you.
Out of Stock
In an ideal world, we'd never run out of stock. However, when supplying our large customer base with the most varied confectionery range available in the UK, our crystal ball sometimes lets us down.
However, depending on the season, we have between 2-10 lorries delivering to us each week- ensuring our stock is constantly replenished.
If we happen to run out of an item, here's what we'll do:
We'll get in touch by phone and offer carefully selected alternatives.
If we're unable to reach you beforehand, we'll clearly amend the delivery note.
We'll happily place a backorder for the items to get them in as soon as possible (We even reduce our minimum order size to £100 for backorders).
Unavailable Product
To us, there is no such thing! If we don't list an item you wish to order from us, we'll do our very best to source it on your behalf (subject to minimum order levels)
Deliveries
Place your order by 3pm on a working day and we will do everything we can to deliver it the next working day, or on one of your choosing.
We do ask for a small charge for weekend delivery, but all other deliveries are free of charge for orders over £175 ex. VAT
