us directly as and when you need stock.

All orders received before
3pm will be processed that day. Orders received
after 3pm will be processed the following working
day. If, however there is an emergency we will
do everything in our power to help.
Out of Stock
If an item you have ordered is out of stock,
we will do one or some of the following:
a) contact you by phone to let you know
a) suggest an alternative item during the call
b) call you back to let you know if we discover
it is out of stock after the call
c) tell you on the delivery note that an item
was out of stock, if we cannot contact you beforehand
d) and/or place a back order for that item (for
items placed on back order, the minimum order
size comes down to £75)
In an ideal world we would never be out of stock
but with a large customer base and a large range
without the aid of a crystal ball it occasionally
happens that we run out of an item. Depending
on the season we have between 2 - 10 lorries per
week delivering stock to us so we are constantly
being replenished.
Unavailable Products
If we do not list an item that you wish to order
from us, we will try and source it on your behalf,
(subject to minimum order levels).
Deliveries
All orders received before 3pm on a working day
will be processed that day and every effort will
be made to deliver it the following working day,
if required, or on the day of your choice.
Deliveries on a weekend carry a supplemental
cost but all other deliveries are free of charge
if you place a minimum order of £160 ex
vat.
