In House Packing

We have a modern facility compliant with all current Government health and safety standards from which we will pack any of our loose chocolates and confectionary into either packaging sourced by ourselves or supplied by you. The complete service including; ribbons, wrapping papers, decoration labels and stickers, is also available.

We pack for our chocolate shops seasonally, for hamper companies and gift and promotional companies. To this type of business we bring all the innovation and skills you would find in a specialist chocolate shop but on a commercial scale.

Private Label

We are experienced in the design and supply of private label ranges; from ballotins, bags and special occasion boxes to seasonal gifts. we are already commissioned by some very well known companies so please make an enquiry and let us show you what we can do.

Education / Training

Our experienced team has assisted many customers in the set up of new loose chocolate shops. We will provide training in the presentation and packing of products, a start up list detailing all ancillary items required and we will provide access to other products you may need to complete your setup, eg, refrigeration and air conditioning.

We can educate you in the production of couverture and pralines and help you to distinguish between low and high quality.

After visiting us and being given all this information, free of charge, we will also assist you at your new premises to advise and help you prior to opening.

Interactive Website

As a customer of HOS you get free access to the private section of our website. Here you will find a wide range of useful information, ranging from important dates, messages and special offers right through to marketing tips and frequently asked questions.

The website also has a unique forum section so you can ask questions and discuss issues with other chocolate shops, creating a very useful information library at your fingertips.

Visiting

When you become a customer of HOS you will be assigned to one of our representatives or agents who operate via either region or market sector throughout the UK. They will visit you on a regular basis to discuss new products, seasonal catalogues and to help you solve any queries.

Should you also wish to place an order with one of our visitors they will be more than happy to take it.

DELIVERY

From our supplier to us

Being a member of Veranco, our buying cooperative, enables us to turn around stock faster than our competitors. This is because we have warehouse space in Belgium to where all our suppliers deliver. This means that we can send our transport into one place only and back to HOS very quickly.

From us to you

When you place your order with us by any method it will be dealt with the same day and will be delivered on a day of your choosing. Should you require 'next day' service we will require you to order before 3pm.

Orders can be made up of any products in our catalogue in small amounts meaning that we do the warehousing and storage and you can carry a minimum stock level, keeping both your space and cash flow to your advantage.

Product Sourcing

Due to the membership of Veranco, we are able to source from a massive range of general confectionary. HOS is positioned between the middle and top end of the industry but we will be happy to find other products for you, depending on volume.
