In House Packing
We have a modern facility compliant with all current Government health and safety standards from which we pack any of our loose chocolates and confectionery into either packaging sourced by ourselves or the customer. The complete service includes; personalised ribbons, wrapping papers, decoration labels and stickers, all that we require is the artwork or text desired via an email to your representative or email@example.com, and we will discuss any additional information needed from there. We are experienced in the design and supply of private label ranges; from ballotins, bags and special occasion boxes to seasonal gifts. We are commissioned by some very successful companies and interest is ever growing, so please make an enquiry and let us show you how we can enhance your business.
All Sarunds customers are assigned a representative or agent who operates via either region or market sector throughout the UK. Your allocated team member will visit you on a regular basis to discuss new products, catalogue launches, tasting events, and discuss any queries you may have. For those customers who prefer a less hands on approach, we also have an in house Sales force who will happily assist you in any way they can.

All customers upon requests are granted exclusive access to the private section of our website. Here you will find a wide range of useful information, ranging from important dates, messages and special offers right through to marketing tips and frequently asked questions.
Education / Training
Our experienced team has assisted many customers in the set up of new ventures of all sizes and are always willing and able to provide training and support. This includes information on the presentation and packing of products, a start up list detailing all ancillary items required, and access to other products you may need to complete your setup, eg, refrigeration and air conditioning.
We have all the neccessary knowledge to educate you in the production of couverture and pralines, and to help distinguish between low and high quality products. We will also assist with any opening/launch events you may have.
