The complete service includes: personalised ribbons, wrapping papers, ingredients and allergens labels and menu cards.

We are very experienced in the design and supply of private label ranges: from ballotins, bags and special occasion boxes to seasonal gifts. We are commissioned by some very successful companies and organisations and interest is continually growing, so please make an enquiry and let us show you how we can enhance your business.
Sarunds customers are assigned either a sales rep (or agent) or a member of the in-house telesales support team. If you’re placing only occasional orders or prefer a less hands-on approach, our telesales team are very experienced, helpful and knowledgeable. They'll be able to offer help and advise, answer your questions and take your orders over the phone or by email. If you're allocated a member of the field sales team, they will visit you on a regular basis to bring you samples, discuss new products, catalogue launches, tasting events and discuss any queries you may have and help you plan and organise you range and your buying schedule.

All customers, upon request, are able to gain access to the private section of our website. This section is your portal for all kinds of support materials and information, which no other supplier offers. Here you will find a wide range of useful information for trade visitors only, ranging from important dates, news, special offers, fliers, marketing best practice and FAQs. By the Autumn 2021 this will include:
- Information about our 'Star Brands' and other key suppliers, what makes them special and why we have chosen them
- Product labelling information, so you can sell confidently, safely and in full compliance with new food labelling regulations, from your shop and online
- Product images, in case you need them for your social media marketing or online shop
- Ideas about how you can create create your own personalised ranges, using our loose products
- Running your own tasting events
- We are also planning online ordering for later in 2021, so you'll be able to check that the items you need are in stock and place your order quckly and easily.
Education & Training
Our experienced team has assisted many customers in the set-up of new businesses of all sizes and are always willing and able to provide training and support. This includes information on the presentation and packing of products, a start-up list that includes recommended products and all ancillary items required, and information about where to source other products you may need to complete your set-up, eg, refrigeration and air-conditioning.
We can help you learn more about quality chocolate and to help distinguish between low and high quality products. We can often assist with any opening/launch events you may have.
